What marketing campaigns does Jiguang Operation support?
Answer: The Jiguang Operation platform currently supports creating scheduled plans and trigger-based plans. You can choose a plan type according to your actual operation scenario. The following are usage scenarios for four plan types:
- Scheduled - one-time send: suitable for creating one-time operation campaigns planned by the operation team, such as a special promotion for a holiday.
- Scheduled - repeated send: suitable for creating periodic campaigns whose content changes little, such as daily check-in reminders or monthly member-day campaigns.
- Trigger - complete Event A: suitable for creating operation campaigns triggered after users complete a specific behavior, such as sending a newcomer gift package after successful registration.
- Trigger - complete Event A but not Event B: suitable for creating operation campaigns triggered when users complete one behavior but do not complete another behavior within a period of time, such as a purchase reminder if payment is not completed within 1 hour after adding a product to the cart.
Can Jiguang Operation improve message delivery rates?
Answer: For message reach, Jiguang Operation includes both self-built platforms and connections to third-party push platforms:
- Self-built platforms mainly include Jiguang Push and Jiguang SMS, with delivery rates generally above 99%.
- Other platforms are third-party push platforms. Messages are pushed by calling APIs developed by third parties, and delivery rates depend on the coverage of the third-party push platform. To improve delivery, consider enabling multi-vendor push services provided by the third-party push platform.
