Signatures and Templates
Signature Management
Developers can create SMS signatures and message body templates under an app. Click to view the description of SMS signatures and body templates.
- In SMS Management, click Signature Management and find the entry for creating a signature. This page can query created signatures.

Note: Before creating a signature, make sure you understand signature real-name requirements and filing rules. If sending fails due to signature reasons, contact Jiguang business support or customer service in time for consultation. In addition, signature invalidation is returned directly by carriers, and Jiguang cannot know invalidation information in advance. Please monitor sending status yourself.
Create a Signature
- Signatures support 2 to 8 Chinese or English characters or digits. Spaces or special symbols are not allowed.
- Signature type can be selected based on the signature source, and supporting documents must match the selected signature type.

Template Management
- In SMS Management, click Template Management to view created templates and find the entry for creating a body template. Jiguang provides a general template for developers. The general template has passed review and can be used directly.

Create a Template
- Supports creating text verification code SMS body templates, system notification SMS body templates, and marketing SMS body templates.
Text Verification Code SMS Body Template
- The variable name in the body content must be code, in the format {{code}}.
- The verification code validity period can be entered in the range [0-86400], in seconds.

System Notification SMS Body Template
- The variable format in the body content is {{key_name}}, using two braces as delimiters. Variable names support only English letters, digits, and underscores, and underscores cannot be at the beginning or end.

Marketing SMS Body Template
- The variable format in the body content is {{key_name}}, using two braces as delimiters. Variable names support only English letters, digits, and underscores, and underscores cannot be at the beginning or end.
- According to carrier regulations, marketing SMS messages must include unsubscribe-related content. The system has added it by default, and it does not need to be filled in the template.
