SMS Format
An SMS message consists of two parts: signature and body content. Before sending SMS messages, you need to apply for a signature and a body content template.
SMS Signature
An SMS signature is an identifier added before the SMS body content. It is used to identify a company or business. During application, if the requested signature does not match the qualification documents submitted for developer authentication, qualification documents related to the signature must be uploaded. SMS signatures can be used only after review approval.
Note: If a signature is cleared by carriers because it is not real-name verified, non-compliant, inactive, or for other reasons, Jiguang cannot know signature invalidation information in advance. Please monitor sending status yourself. If sending fails, contact Jiguang business support or customer service in time for consultation.

Or you can apply for a trademark name owned by your company as the signature: [Jiguang Push]
Note: When applying for an SMS signature in the Jiguang Developer Service Console or through the SMS Signature API, do not include "【】". For example, when applying for the signature "【Jiguang Push】", submit only "Jiguang Push".
Signature Filing Rules
SMS signatures must meet one of the following compliance requirements:
- Name of an enterprise or public institution, recommended: the signature must be the full name or abbreviation of the enterprise.
Full name: the full enterprise name.
Abbreviation: all abbreviation fields must be contained in the full enterprise name field, characters cannot be skipped, and the abbreviation cannot duplicate another organization's abbreviation.
- Registered trademark name: the signature must be a trademark owned by the enterprise.
The trademark should be searchable on the China Trademark Website of the Trademark Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, https://sbj.cnipa.gov.cn/sbj/index.html, and the trademark owner must be consistent with the enterprise name.
Important: If an SMS signature is not associated with the enterprise qualification subject, new signature applications will be rejected, and existing signatures in use may face a high risk of sending failure. Please pay close attention to sending status and adjust or process signatures in time according to our latest notices. Thank you for your understanding and support.
SMS Template
An SMS template is the specific SMS content to be sent. Jiguang SMS templates support industry SMS templates, such as verification code and notification SMS, and marketing SMS templates. Parameters in the template can be used to customize SMS messages.
Before applying for an SMS template, you need to apply for an SMS signature first. SMS templates can be used only after review approval.
Template Example
Jiguang Push needs to send an SMS verification code in the following format: "[Jiguang Push] Your registration verification code is 7186, valid within 5 minutes." The verification code content, 7186 in the example, and validity period, 5 minutes in the example, are not fixed when actually sent. You can apply in the following format:
SMS signature: Jiguang Push
Your registration verification code is {{code}}, valid within {{time}} minutes.
Note: {{code}} and {{time}} in the template parameters are variables. Their values can be set through template parameter values when actually sent.
Industry SMS
Industry SMS includes verification code SMS and notification SMS.
Verification Code SMS
Used to send verification code SMS messages in scenarios such as registration and login verification, password retrieval, and payment authentication. Example:
Notification SMS
Used to send system notifications, such as logistics notifications, consumption notifications, and payment notifications. Example:
Marketing SMS
Used for e-commerce campaigns, new product promotion, member marketing campaign promotion, and similar scenarios. Example:
