Review Standards

Content Specifications

All types of SMS messages do not support sending content related to finance, chess and card games, pornography, gambling, drugs, or similar categories.
Verification code and system notification SMS messages do not support marketing content.
Marketing SMS messages do not support sending marketing messages to non-member users.
It is prohibited to send SMS messages involving religion, superstition, pornography, gambling, drugs, Party and government topics, rights protection, crowdfunding, charity fundraising, stocks, immigration, interview recruitment, lottery betting, loans, debt collection, credit card limit increases, investment and financial management, prize winning, draws, medical marketing, one-yuan treasure purchase, one-yuan flash sale, counterfeit goods, fur, plastic surgery and beauty, tobacco and alcohol, violence, intimidation, rebates, bars, foot bath, invoice issuance services, agency registration, certificate agency services, joining groups, adding QQ or WeChat, part-time task work, selling personal information, carrier customer poaching, traffic marketing, SMS channel marketing, and related information.
Marketing SMS sending time: 08:00-21:00 every day. Avoid sending at night as much as possible to reduce user complaints.
If violations of laws or regulations occur, or the rights and interests of related others are harmed, the Jiguang platform reserves the right to pursue final responsibility. All Jiguang developers must strictly comply with these requirements, strengthen their own business security, and send compliant SMS messages.

Signature Review Time

According to requirements from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and carriers, SMS signatures must be filed under real-name registration on the carrier side and can be used only after approval. Currently, carrier filing takes an average of 3 to 5 working days, during which the signature status is pending review. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30-12:30 and 14:00-18:30. Statutory holidays are postponed.

Note: Due to upstream review mechanisms, an approved signature does not mean it will always be delivered successfully. Carriers will not notify signature invalidation in advance. Please monitor sending status yourself. If SMS sending fails, consult Jiguang customer service for detailed communication.

Template Review Time

Review cycle: after a body template is submitted, review is expected to be completed within 1 hour on working days. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-11:30 and 13:00-18:00.

SMS Freeze Rules

SMS reviewers review SMS signatures and SMS templates submitted by users. At the same time, the platform monitors and checks SMS content sent by users to prevent content that violates national laws and regulations from appearing in SMS messages. Once non-compliant content is found, the related user account will be frozen. The user will no longer be able to use SMS services, the balance in the account will not be refunded, and the user cannot apply to activate and use the service again later.
