Label System
Labels are user tags and differentiated group evaluations created by defining label rules based on customer business behavior data and business operation experience.
Operation personnel can use labels to perform differentiated marketing for customers with different characteristics, improving marketing ROI, increasing business conversion rates, and reducing customer churn.
Label System Description
Go to Marketing Center -> Label System to view all label groups, basic label information, label user distribution, and historical data.
Label Group Management
Filtering by label name/display name is supported.
Creating new groups is supported, with up to two levels of groups.
Groups can be dragged directly to adjust their position. If the dragged group contains subgroups, it cannot be placed under a first-level group.

Click More for a custom group to create labels, add subgroups, edit names, delete groups, and perform other operations. Default groups only support creating labels.
After a first-level group is deleted, all second-level groups under it are also deleted. After deletion, all labels under the group will be transferred to Default Group.
- Click More for a label to edit or delete it. Editing supports modifying the label display name, label group, label status, and introduction.
