Shared Dashboards

Shared dashboards are dashboards shared with you by members of other projects. Custom groups are supported.

How to Share a Dashboard

In "My Dashboards", you can configure sharing permissions. The dashboard can be visible only to yourself, visible to all members in the project, or visible to specified members. Users granted permissions can view the dashboard in Shared Dashboards.

• Visible to all members in the project: new members added to the project later will be added by default and granted the "view only" role. You can search for users and modify permissions individually.
• Visible to specified members: you can search for and add certain users or roles and grant permissions.

View Shared Dashboards

In "Shared Dashboards", you can view all dashboards shared with you by members of other projects. You can customize groups according to your own usage habits. For details about group management, see "My Dashboards - Group Management".
