JUMS Product Introduction

Jiguang Unified Messaging Solution (UMS) is a unified message operation and management system provided by Jiguang for enterprises. It helps enterprises manage and expand user reach channels. Its rich resend strategies can improve delivery rates while reducing disturbance to users.

UMS currently supports eight message delivery channels: apps, WeChat Official Accounts, WeChat Mini Programs, Alipay Life Accounts, SMS, email, DingTalk, and WeCom. It is also capable of integrating 5G messaging and has obtained certification from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology.

• Your official website account and ChannelKey.
• If message sending is abnormal, provide the message msgID.
• If an exception occurs in the console, provide the specific page URL and a screenshot of the page exception. Open the browser console and provide the following two screenshots:
  • Select Console and open the error item on the left.
  • Select Network, open the failed Name item under the Network tab (shown in red), and select Header.
