Jiguang Unified Messaging System

Jiguang Unified Messaging Solution, or UMS, is a unified message operation and management system provided by Jiguang for enterprises. It helps enterprises manage and expand user reach channels. Its rich resend strategies can improve delivery rates while reducing disturbance to users.
UMS already supports eight message delivery channels: app, WeChat Official Account, WeChat Mini Program, Alipay Life Account, SMS, email, DingTalk, and WeCom. It also has the capability to integrate 5G messaging and has certification from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology.
