WeChat Mini Program Integration
Overview
Jiguang Operation Growth supports integration with WeChat Mini Program subscription notifications. After QR code authorization, messages from all mini programs are displayed in the Service Notifications conversation in WeChat.
- Subscription message push location: Service Notifications
- Subscription message delivery condition: the user subscribes voluntarily
- Subscription message card navigation capability: tapping View Details can navigate to a page in the mini program
Register a Mini Program
Apply for a WeChat Mini Program on the WeChat Official Accounts platform. For details, see the Mini Program registration process.
Add a Channel
Go to Data Center -> Data Channel Connection -> Reach Channel List, and click Create Reach Channel.
Select the WeChat Mini Program channel.
Click QR Code Authorization. Use the administrator's WeChat account to scan the QR code and agree to the required permissions.
After authorization is granted, if the status shows Enabled, the channel has been added successfully.
Required Permission Description
To ensure that Operation Growth features run properly, be sure to authorize the following permissions:
- Development management and data analysis permissions
- Customer service message management permissions
Configure IP Whitelist
Go to WeChat Open Platform -> Personal Center -> Development Management -> Development Settings, enable IP Whitelist, and enter IP: 114.116.254.201.
Note: The IP whitelist must be configured. Otherwise, WeChat Mini Program features cannot be used.
Enable Subscription Messages
Go to the Subscription Messages page and click Enable. You can then select templates from the public template library. Up to 50 templates can be selected for one-time subscription messages.
After adding a subscription message template on the WeChat Official Accounts platform, you can go to Operation Center -> Copy Template -> Create Copy to view the list of added subscription message templates.
Channel Receipts
Channels created through QR code authorization do not require additional receipt configuration.
