In order to further implement the management requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on strengthening the protection of user rights and interests, our company has revised the relevant provisions of the privacy policy today, and has also conducted special development on the developer and end user authorization mechanism of "smart push". The details are as follows:
1. Regarding the revision of the "Privacy Policy"
1. Our company has provided more detailed supplementary explanations on relatively difficult-to-understand keywords such as device parameters, system information, and device identifiers.
2. In accordance with the principles of "purpose limitation", "minimum necessity", and "openness and transparency" stipulated in the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", our company has further revised and explicitly stated the personal information involved in seven SDKs, including JPush, JVerification, JSMS, JMLink.

2. Regarding the setting of the "intelligent push" service authorization mechanism
According to Article 24 of the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China": when information push and commercial marketing are carried out to individuals through automated decision-making, options that are not targeted at their personal characteristics should be provided at the same time, or individuals should be provided with a convenient way to refuse.
Our company has complied with the requirements of this regulation and provided APP developers and end users with an efficient and convenient rejection method in the form of switch codes. When you and your end users choose to reject smart push, our company will synchronize the information in real time and no longer push smart messages to the user.

App developers are kindly requested to read it carefully during the process of integrating the JPush SDK.
Regarding this revision, APP developers please understand: We have a direct contractual relationship with you, which is different from our indirect relationship with your end users. We hope that you can also:
1. Timely improve your "Registration Agreement" and \or "Privacy Agreement" and related technology implementation for end users, and at the same time express the relevant information of our company's "Privacy Policy" to your end users;
2. Express the "Smart Push" authorization switch to your end users in an efficient and convenient way;
